Ashtanga and Ayurveda with Maria Rubinate

Join us at beautiful Groundworks for 4 days of Ashtanga yoga and Ayurvedic insight led by Maria Rubinate. We will have morning Mysore, led primary class, afternoon workshopping sessions, and Āyurvedic insight and nutrition. 

The mornings will be full with mysore and pranayama practice, followed by by a meal and a window of time to rest, explore the grounds, use the sauna, or do as you please. A light snack will then be offered before we gather again for an afternoon workshop centered around the correlation between Āyurveda and āsana practice. We will then gather for dinner and evening activities (watching the sunset, sauna, gathering around a fire!)
