Fall Equinox 🍁 Retreat with Kimo Gray

I'm excited to invite you to join this guided retreat experience focused on balancing the body and soothing the mind. From Thursday Sep 17 through Sunday Sep 20 we’ll gather at the beautiful Groundworks Space in Gardiner, New York, nestled in the Shawangunk mountains. Together we’ll practice in community, take in the nature and rest // restore.

Highlights include:

• The fully-equipped yoga studio (modern design, beautiful sundrenched windows, ample space, all the props we could ever want and walls for inversion practice ).

• There will be a diverse array of yoga modality offerings (including Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Kirtan, sunrise Sun Salutations and more), hands on feedback and assistance, workshops, arts and crafts, and a community focus on growth within and enjoyment of the Yoga practice. 

• Bimol of Du’i Hata Massage will be on site to offer revitalizing bodywork and massage

• All the food is provided on site
