Fall Retreat: Katonah Yoga® Practices and Techniques for Mapping a Creative Life
Join Cari and Heather on Oct 22nd - 25th, 2026 as they return to Groundworks retreat center, nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of the Shawangunk Mountain ridge, just two hours outside of the city.
The weekend will include lots of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and creative exploration. In between, there will be lots of moments for reflection and connection with beautifully prepared meals and the surrounding nature.
