From Womb to World is a four-day residential healing retreat devoted to the lifelong journey of embodiment. It explores how our earliest experiences in the womb and at birth form foundational patterns through which our soul meets our body.
In this workshop we encounter our essential blueprint, present before adaptation and survival strategies took hold. We consider our nervous system, our relationships, our sense of safety and our capacity to live with purpose and presence, through this lens of adaptation.
Rather than seeking transcendence away from the body, this retreat invites a deep inhabiting of it. Participants are guided to reclaim inner awareness and embodied wisdom, bridging spiritual insight with lived, physical experience. The work honors embodiment not as an endpoint, but as an ongoing process—one that unfolds over a lifetime as we learn to listen more fully to the intelligence within.
