Katonah Spring Retreat
Join Cari on Thursday April 30th - Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Groundworks retreat space, nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of the Shawangunk Mountain ridge, just two hours outside of the city.
Groundworks has become the refuge spot where we return for spring. With it’s spaciousness of land and the stunning airy shala, delicious and abundant local food made at home, and peaceful time to relax in the sauna or jacuzzi, I am looking forward to welcoming you back to this nourishing and fulfilling environment. In community with others, we will move through embodiment practices using the Katonah yoga lens to offer more tools and techniques as we begin to rise with the energy of Spring awakening in the body, mind, and breath.
