Radiant Womb: Holistic Menstrual Care Retreat

In this retreat we will dive into practical tools, rituals, and traditional wisdoms for living life in alignment with the menstrual cycle (female reproductive cycle). Rochelle draws from a range of lineages including full spectrum reproductive or doula work, yoga, meditation, dance, and folk herbalism of Europe, the African diaspora, and the Americas, to facilitate womb care based in the Earth. Together, we will remember ancient rituals for how menstruating people can harness the power of our cycling bodies. We’ll overlay the menstrual cycle onto earth-based cycles such as the four seasons and the moon’s phases to better understand and embody menstrual cycle energetics and care needs.

Participants will leave with an easy to apply framework for the phases of the menstrual cycle as well as movement, meditation, and herbal practices to support radiant, easeful periods. Rochelle will…
