Movement for body and soul - through embodied and breath-centered practices.
As part of a longstanding partnership with Groundworks these seasonal retreats move and weave us through the years and the seasons of nature and of our lives. Over time they have enabled ground and place for community to be nurtured while giving participants space and time to pause, to regather, to nourish, and to replenish.
From dancer to bodyworker these retreats are an embodiment of my journey through movement.
