About the event
Yoga and somatic movement practices
Thursday through Sunday. 2 classes on Friday and Saturday
Each class will focus on specific movement practices and asana types including standing poses, seated and forward bends, back bends, inversions pranayama, restorative, and rolling on balls.
Delicious Meals
Cooked by Kristen Leonard, the most gracious host and offered in the main house. Please let us know if you have dietary needs.
