Winter Wonderland with Lara Kohn Thompson
Fri, Feb 05
|Groundworks
In the quiet of winter, we pause and listen deeply. To the whispers and dreams in hibernation, to the possibility of what is to be born in spring. Practices are a perfect blend of active and warming and of restorative and restful.

About the event
About this retreat
Movement for body and soul - through embodied and breath-centered practices.
As part of a longstanding partnership with Groundworks these seasonal retreats move and weave us through the years and the seasons of nature and of our lives. Over time they have enabled ground and place for community to be nurtured while giving participants space and time to pause, to regather, to nourish, and to replenish.
From dancer to bodyworker these retreats are an embodiment of my journey through movement.
We gather. We listen, we pause, we breathe, we move.
